FOUR was never meant to be just a summer fling.
We came to Sommar with one plan: cook, pour, and raise the bar for a single season.
But one season turned into something bigger.
Chefs Thomas Snijders (Bar Raket & Lewis) and Kenneth Weltens keep doing what they do best, Italian-American soul with modern craftsmanship. Bold flavours, detail-driven plates, the kind of food that makes you stay for another glass (and maybe another course).
Dinner inside, late nights outside, bites with your cocktails, it’s all still here.
